Started working on the ribs. The root rib was easy, as I could do all the rivets with a squeezer. That rib also has to have all the corners and nose flanges sealed, unlike the ribs inside the tank. I gave up on trying to do the little tube of aluminum to seal the shop heads. It just doesn't seem to work well for me. And applying with a popsicle stick means there is a lot of extra that gets dragged from rivet to rivet. So it looks more like one continuous bead covering the shop heads. So it ain't pretty, but it should work.
Mixing by weight.
The inside bead looks great.
The rivet-side of the flanges looks not so great. But all the shop heads are covered.
