There seems to be a supply chain issue with Rust-Oleum paints. Not a single store in the area has the self etching primer, and all the other types and colors are slim pickings! I looked on Amazon and a SINGLE can cost $27!! Yikes!
So I needed something else to do. I still have to roll most of my leading edges, so I am making this "tool" to hopefully make the process less painful (literally). The holes in the end are so I can put in a steel rod for turning leverage.
