I FINALLY have something to post!
Good news: I was informed my kit will be ready for crating in 4-6 weeks.
Bad news: It's the FINISH kit I just ordered a month ago, and not the FUSELAGE, which I've been waiting for for 2 years.
But I'll take it...
In the meantime, I almost have my paiting equipment set up. I'm going to use this down time to prime paint everything I have built so far: tail surfaces, wings, and wing tips.
So I need to do some filler word on the tips, at the light lenses, before I move to some filler work on the intersection between the wings and the tips.
I put black electrical tape on the eges of the clear lens, then covered the rest in painter's tape.
Mixed and added the filler. I'll let it set overnight, do an initial sanding, and see what low spots need to be filled.
