Next, I used a Sharpie to make the impression in the foam, more visible. Then I used the band saw to cut out the shape. Used some coarse sandpaper and a finer sanding block to tweak the edges of the foam. In photo #2 you can see how the foam holds open the fiberglass. I then made the initial rough cuts of the back edge of the wing tip.
