I ordered new flap hinge material from AC Spruce today. Not enough edge distance to the rivet holes on the one that comes with the kit. That will take 5 days to get here, and there is little else to do.
So I marked up both of the remaining lower wing skin holes with the size of rivets required.
There are a few holes that need to be match drilled with the flap brace, too, and then dimpled.
