There are a number of iterations you have to do to get the right setting on the rod end bearings. Just make sure you DON"T put in all the washers and spacers while your'e doing this. They are not needed for this step, and would drive you crazy trying to re-assemble them each time you make a change.
Besides the ends of the pushrods being set, this is when the roll servo linkage can get set. The Dynon instructions don't specifically say where to face the servo arm for the neutral position, but by inference it should be straight up and down (pointing up). The bolt heads are drilled, so I'll add safety wire.
After torquing everything, I put on the orange torque seal.
