Brief Description:  Pull strings & wing tip lights

Used a vacuum cleaner to suck 3 pull strings through each wing conduit, so I can pull wires later.

Spent the rest of the time fitting the lighting boards to the RIGHT wing tip. The boards require quite a bit of edge cutting so they will fit, and clear the lenses when installed on the wing. You have to be careful not to cut any of the circuits. The Dremel worked well for large cuts, but the rest of the massaging was with the Scotch Brite wheel.

BTW, fitting the springs and landing/taxi lights to the boards is really difficult. Do just one at at time. Also, you can not fit that board into the wing tip with the lights installed on the board. You have to do it from behind, which is REALLY difficult. So you MUST install the lights before installing and attaching the lighting boards.

I drilled the center hole for each nut plate.
