Brief Description: Cut out fiberglass wing tips for lighting
I used the templates supplied by FlyLEDs to mark and then cut out the fiberglass wing tips for the wingtip lights, using the Dremel cut-off wheel. It throws up a lot of fiberglass dust, so I wore my painting resperator.
The LED lighting boards need to be trimmed down as well, but you hav to be careful about where you cut, so you don't cut any of the circuit board connections.

I drilled holes at the inside corners to avoid overcuts
