Another one of those, "why didn't the plans remind me?" moments...
After putting the fuel tank on the wing spar, with 2/3 or the z-bracket bolts, and 1/2 of the screws, we realized that there is a rivet at each rib, that needs to be set BEFORE installing the fuel tank. Nothing in the plans or the instructions issued a note or reminder that these have to be set before installing the fuel tank.
So now I get to unscrew all the bolts and screws of the tank, to set those rivets, And then reinstall the tank.
Don't do that!

See that rivet hole at the rib, to the left of the nut plate? That needs a rivet!

Those rivets are UNDER the fuel tank skin, so needed to be set, first.
