Needed to bend a very thick part. Put it in the vice against a radiused piece of aluminum, and another sacraficial piece of aluminum on the other side. Used a block of hardwood to bend the part to 6.3 deg.
Along with the fabricated angle, clamped, cleco'd and drilled the attach holes.
