Match drilled all the holes in the skin, ribs and spar.
The hinge needs to be drilled. To locate it, the drawings show 1/4" from the back edge of the hinge, to the center of the spar holes. Best way to do that and keep the hinge straight is to measure 1/4" and draw a line down the hinge halves (see photo 1). The hinge slips between the skin and the spar. Keep the line centered on all the pre-drilled spar holes. Drill and cleco until all are drilled.
