Looking at other builder logs I realized I missed the fact that the bottom pulled rivets are #30, not #40 holes. So I updrilled while cleco'd, uncleco'd, enlarged the spar countersinks for the larger rivets, and upsized the dimples in the skins.
Next time, read more carefully...
Riveting the bucked rivets in the top spar was tough with one person. Tough because the trailing edge sking was digging into my left forearm. It would have gone quicker and less painfully with a second person.
Finished all the riveting and attached the powder coated brackets. I used my oversized back riveting steel plate as the weight to weigh down the aileron. It's really heavy, really flat, and did a really good job. Everything looks nice and straight.
