Brief Description: LEFT Z-brackets + skin prep

Finished installing the z-brackets on the LEFT tank. This completes the contstruction of both wing tanks. I still have to leak test them once cured. Now I get to go back to the main wing skins! Took the first couple off, to prep the edges and dimple the holes.
