After I got the right dimensions and bends with the coat hanger wire, I transfered that to the actual wire and float. A few tweaks and it was in good shape.
Installed the vent bulkhead fitting after fitting and flaring the vent line inside the tank.
Like the left wing, since I may have a fuel injected engine that requires a fuel return, I added a fuel return next to the vent.
