Brief Description:  OP-46 Stall warning instructions WRONG! (1 of 2)

I was starting to work on the left leading edge skin, and the OP-46 stall warning instructions. When I align the VA-195C per the instructions, everything is totally off. If I just center the VA-195C on the pre-made hole in the skin, all the holes the instructions are telling me to drill, are already there and already perfectly aligned. I'm guessing the kit has progressed since the OP-46 instructions were written.

Step 1: If I align the VA-195C as described, I will end up with duplicate rivet holes, about 1/2" above the "proper" holes. So the reference holes in VA-195C are no longer in the correct locations to align with the existing skin hole.

Step 2: is no longer applicable; the rounded corners are now already there in the skin. There is no material to be removed from the skin; it already comes removed.

Step 3: no longer applicable.

In my photos you can see the alignment PER the plans, and the alignment NOT per the plans (next page). The PER plans is clearly incorrect.

I'm 99.99% sure I'm correct, but I wanted to ask, to be sure.
