Once I knew everything fit, I removed the leading edge skin so I could match drill the ribs, baffle and z-clips.
That meant removing all the clecos I spent so much time installing. If I'd thought about it, I could have match drilled all the holes in the leading edge with the ribs. I could have done the alignment test after. But I really wanted to see if it all fit.
So I put the leading edge back in the cradle and started re-cleco'ing everything.
Top skins all aligned perfectly...
As did the bottom skins.
