Brief Description: Updrilled RIGHT wing lower skins + leading edge

Got my 400 clecos today. Finished cleco'ing the lower skins, then drilled them all to final size. Removed the lower skins and attached the outboard leading edge, in preparation for final drilling. A few more parts need to get added before drilling.
