Finished last night's work of removing ribs and deburring the rib holes and the spar.
Then added/enlarged holes in the inside 9 ribs, and added a 7/8" hole in all the ribs. Various sources said to make the hole 3/4", but I did that, and the plastic duct (for running wingtip wiring) would not fit. I used the next size up which was around 7/8".
In photo 1 you can see 1 existing hole. That gets enlarged to 1/2". Various sources said 3/8", but that will not accept the snap bushings, which are 3/8" INSIDE diameter, not OD.
Deburred all the holes, and took off the identifying part stickers. It's almost time to start prepping and priming the ribs.
