Some time ago, Vans issued a revision to the inboard aileron hinge attach area. They sent the Service Bulletin and the parts along with the wing kit. Those are in photo 1. Those had to be cut apart, prepped, and prime painted.
I'll need to prime paint the areas of the spar where the doublers are installed. I'll do that tomorrow.
