Prep'd all the doublers to be updrilled and match drilled. Deburred everything and prime painted.
In photo 1 you can see the end of the doublers at the wing root, need to be cut. The detail to do so is on Page 38 of the drawings. But if you only ordered the wing kit, then you DON'T HAVE PAGE 38! Duh, Vans!
Fortunately I have the PDFs of all the drawings from Vans, so I found sheet 38 and got the info. To match them up, I cleco'd the wing root pieces, and cut them on the band saw at once.
