Brief Description: LEFT wing tie down assembly

Worked on the wing tie down assembly. The drawings call for a 1" dia hole to be drilled in the 2 spacers. It appears to serve no function other than to make the spacer lighter. That's nice, but a 1" hole in such a small part is really hard to do, so I skipped it. More photos and descriptions on the newt page.
