Brief Description: Prep'd horiz stab skins for priming
Prep'd the skins for receiving primer paint inside.
Also fixed something I damaged on the rudder, trying to roll the leading edge. Grrr.. Rolling those leading edges is the WORST thing about building an RV, so far. Hate it!
