Trimmed the forward spar, now that I know where the last hole in the skin goes (see previous post).
Did all the 0005 and 0006 rib and skin work. Lots of clamping required. The Vans instructions were pretty unnecessarily convoluted. Since I had drawn centerlines on all the flanges, I was able to clamp everything together and do ALL the drilling and updrilling without having to pull anything apart and put it together again. MUCH simpler, and less chances for errors.
Everything turned out perfectly.
Need to match drill the rest of the skin, and drill some of the other holes in the spars and doublers per the instructions.
