In the first photo you see everything together, prior to bending the angles.
I used a piece of oak to bend against. A pine 2x4 would tend to get dented by the angle. Several taps with a rubber mallet got to 6 deg. Do it in small amounts, take it out and measure the bend, and do it again until you get to 6 deg.
I used bubble level app on my phone to measure the 6 deg. It was pretty accurate, and was much easier to read than a cardboard template.
I started to trim the end of the spar angles. Only got 1 done tonight.
