Dimpled the elevator trim access plate, including for the nut plates. The plans and instructions don't actually say anything about dimpling the plate for the nutplate rivets, but they have to be, for the cover plate to lie flat.
Since this is a large surface that will have some exposure to moisture, I primed painted the part now, before riveting.
