Brief Description: Rivet leading edges of RIGHT elevator

Tweaked some areas of the leading edges. Updrilled the holes for the rivets. Deburred all the holes on both sets of rolled tabs. Riveted the leading edges. Like on the practice project, I added a few extra rivets to make sure there were no ripples or gaps between the skins.
