Brief Description: Begin Right Elevator

Started on the elevators. The LEFT elevator needs to have 6 of the stiffeners trimmed shorter, so the instructions say to do that now, and put them aside. Cleco'd the stiffeners to the RIGHT elevator skin, and match drilled all the holes. Removed the clecos and deburred the stiffeners.
