Brief Description: Rudder counter balance & skin prep

Riveted the rudder counter balance rib. Installed the rudder counter balance. Scuffed the edges of the trailing edge skins to accept epoxy later. Clamped the aluminum angle that will keep the trailing edge straight during bonding and riveting.
