Brief Description: Rudder skin & counterweight prep

Countersunk the trailing edge wedge (both sides). Dimpled all the rudder skin holes (except a couple of holes for the fiberglass tips). Drilled and countersunk the rudder counterweight, and dimpled the counterweight rib.
