Brief Description: Continue with rudder skins

Layed out the two skins and all the stiffeners, to make sure they were all going to the right locations. Finished cutting the right-side stiffeners to length, and finished them on the ScotchBrite wheel. Match drilled the stiffeners to the right skin.
