Finished pre-drilling the rib stiffners and then began the treatment of the nose ribs. I used Metal Prep #79 and then Alodine 1201. I was suprised where air bubbles would hide in immersion. Didn't take long to find a reliable method. I attempted to apply the two part epoxy to some of the ribs using an HVLP gun. I wasn't consistent at all in application. I will finish pre-treating all the nose ribs tomorrow and then get some practice applying the epoxy prior to applying it to more ribs.
