Brief Description: Began making the master form out of MDF.
I finally pulled the trigger and ordered my first two sheets of aluminum so i can start making the nose ribs. I ran down to the Lowes to buy a 4x8 sheet of MDF to make the master form. The intent was to make the master form and a couple of forms for the nose ribs. There was a learning curve that I discovered in using my new band saw. Took a few trys until I was happy with the form. After sawing, I took it to the table sander and used the 6" disc (80) to get it down to shape and then used a 120 grit hand sander to finish it off.
