Got rejuvenized for construction of the Bearhawk. Looked around the shop and decided I had enough material for the aileron nose ribs. Copied the full size drawing onto a piece of paper and glued it to a piece of MDF. Used router method to cut out the ribs from the aluminum. Once routing and drilling was done, used same mdf form and cut it down to be the form for bending the flanges. Once complete I drilled the 3/4" holes for counterweight.
