Brief Description: Dimpled left HS structure, and my first oops!
Finished deburring, 3M scotchbriting, and dimpling the left HS skeleton. I should have waited when I noticed it was difficult to fit the dimpler in the thin end of HS-706. I tried to fit it in, and as I was almost there my thumb slipped and the dimple die punched a hole in HS-706 creating a slot. I ordered another one from Van's(they'll overnight the part), and then I'll flute, redrill, deburr, and dimple this one again...taking time to be more careful.

Left HS parts, deburred, and dimpled.

I really like using the pneumatic squeezer for dimpling

On the very last hole in HS-706, I elongated the hole.
