Brief Description: Trial Fitting of Right Ruddervator to Stab
First trial fitting of rright uddervator to stab. This was done to check alignment and hinge hight on ruddervator BEFORE drilling holes for the hinge!
The plans indicate that the bottom part of the hinge sit flush with the bottom of elevator lip, but that is not the case with these particular skins. This seems like normal mfr tolarences.
To get the proper height of the hinge on the elevator (0.057 inches), the bottom of the hinge sits about 1/16 to 1/32 from the bottom of the lip of the ruddervator.
