Brief Description:  Leading edge assembly

Working on assemling the leading adge. Placed the skin onto my cradle and clecoe'd the upper skin and ribs together as per the plans. Like every other builders log i've read..... The bottom skin to rib holes were near impossible to line up. After trying several methods and getting ver frustrated.... I cut a form block from a pieces of 2" X 3" lumber. Then, using a board cut to fit under the beam in my shop ceiling, i would roll the tip of the skin into the block using pressure from the board above. Starting at the "Aft" edge getting 2 or 3 clecoe's in was the only way for me. Then, tapping the rib left or right as needed to line up the holes.
Actually, worked very well., and as always, the second one went way faster than the first.
