Well, after spending the weekend shopping and purchasing a small band saw... Got to work on the R-915 rudder stiffeners. Lots of rough cuts and the band saw then cleaning them to final size using the "Scotchbright" wheel on the bench grinder. I'm quickly learning the value of the 6" wheel. Works amazingly we for shaping and be-burring the aluminum without "loading up" like a grinding wheel.
