Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer (HS) Front and rear spars
Step one! Assembled and match drilled the front spar (HS902) and doubler (HS907). Next was to fabricate the HS-908 attach angles from the supplied stock. This is where my CNC router came in handy. I produced a CAD drawing from the dimensions supplied in the plans. Set up the material Sat back to drink coffee while the machine did all the work. Came out perfect! Match drilled the front spar/attach angle holes. Moved on to the "HS903 and HS906" rear spar and doubler, and hing brackets. Match drilled then disassembled all parts. De-burred all edges and holes.
