Installed the W-908 rib into the "inboard end" and fabricated the W-919 fuel tank splice strip. I used my "Slip Form" to roll the leading edge "profile" into the 1 1/2" wide stock the the W919 is made from. Then, cut to length. Carefully deburring and polishing the edges with the Scotchbright wheel makes it easier to slip into place between the skin and W-908 rib. Set to proper depth (7/8" expoised from the skin), I match drilled the rib and splice plate to the skin.
