In this sequence I have measured and drilled the hinge bolt holes in the elevator stabilizers. I then installed the stabilizer hinge halves, and then marked the hole locations for the elevator hinge halves. The elevator hinges are offset so making certain of the hole location is a must for correct operation of the elevators.
Once the postions are marked & drilled I deburred the holes and cleaned out the drill shavings from inside the tubes. I then located and assembled the hinge halves together, and checked for proper operation of the elevators.
