Brief Description:  Building wings part 2

Wow, I never lose the thrill of seeing a new kit arrive. No matter how many times I build airplanes each new project is so full of hope & desires for a perfect project. The building has to be as much fun as the flying .....

Photo one is the wing kit setting on the ground in the crate. The crate is now the table for building the wings on. When the fuselage arrives I will have added wheels to the table to set the fuselage on for initial assembly.

Photo two is the flap kit option. The hardware and options are boxed up and securly taped in the crate when shipped from Florida. The factory guys do an excellent job to securing and crating the kit components, and there has been no damage at all to any of the kits as shipped. Thank you guys & gals at Excalibur for your excellent quality of craftsmanship you do for us buildres. There was some missing hardware which Tom sent out prompty as it came into stock; nothing missing prevented the immediate building of the kits as they arrived.

Photo three is the hardware inventory kit & sheet. Completing a proper inventory is critical to any build project, and the manner of parts bagging makes this an easy chore to accomplish. All the parts are bagged according to assembly order, and the inventory sheets match the same order making the process go by fast with great accuracy.
