Trying to troubleshoot and fix the loud noise on the headset especially with high RPMs. Pulled the wings off. Enlarged the hole for the Mic to 1/2 inch. Somehow, I had drilled them to 3/8 instead of 1/2.
Removed the seats and carpeting and the seat ramps. Disconnected the Molex connection to the AUX music jack. I don't know if this will reduce the buzzing during flight.
One of the plastic inserts in the left Flaperon Torque Tube has loosened. Applied epoxy in the rivet holes and installed the left wing to secure the insert in the proper position.
