42G-02 and 53-05: I got the Garmin GTR-200 Retrofit Kit form Van's. Separated the new F-00054 Instrument Stack Angles and the F-00045B ADS-B Brackets. Removed the excess materail from the ADS-B Brackets. Deburred the edges of the brackets, the Instrument Stack Angles and the F-00055 Com Support Brackets. Countersunk the nutplate rivet attach holes in the Inst Stack Angles and ADS-B Brackets. Primed the above parts. After the primer was dry I riveted the nutplates on the Angles and the ADS-B Brackets. Removed the old Inst Stack Angles and Com Support Brackets from the Panel Base. Filed the upper edge of the opening for the radio in the Center Panel. Some of the black powder coating peeled off which I'll have to touch up later. Van's did not send me the BNC connector for the antenna. I'll check with SteinAir since the person I spoke to at Van's could not find the AV-BNC 1039-ND from their catalog.
