Brief Description: Firewall Stiffener retrofit and APDC wiring work
54-03: Riveted the F-1204E Firewall Stiffener Spacers to the F-1204D Firewall Stiffener and match-drilled holes through the Stiffener into the Firewall Bottom. Deburred the holes in the firewall and then riveted the Stiffener Assembly to the firewall. Reinstalled the bolts to the nose gear and bottom fuselage. Torqued the bolts to 38 in lbs and applied torque seal.
54-06: Final-drilled holes through the left F-1270 Fuselage Side Skin and the F-1295-MOD-L Skin Stiffener and deburred the holes. Removed the Skin Stiffeners, deburred, primed and painted them to match the inside of the Fuselage.
42D-27: Crimped ES00006 Molex Sockets to the Auto-Pilot disconnect wires coming from the Optional Harness. Inserted the Molex pins and sockets to their corresponding housings. Mated the 2 Molex housings with the AP wires together.
