Tie-wrapped the wires from the PTT switches to the lower part of the control sticks. Applied heat shrink tubing around the wires to hold them together, where they will be tie-wrapped and at the 180 degree bend at the bottom of the sticks. Tried to temporarily install the control sticks but they wouldn't fit in the WD-1210 Control Column. Filed the part of the left stick that will attach to the Control Column and the brass bushing. It did finally fit but I was unable to insert the AN4 bolt to secure it. On inspection the inner diameter of the brass bushing is very slightly smaller than the diameter of the bolt. Filed the inside of the bushing without success. Will check with Van's if the bushings I got are the right kind or if there is another step that I need to do to make the parts fit. Removed the primer around the holes where the ground wires will be attached. I also did some more parts inventory today.
