Brief Description: Work on Roll Bar Assembly parts
Machine countersinked the holes in the F-1232A Roll Bar Brace that will attach to the top of the Roll Bar. Dimpled the nutplate attach holes in the F-1207A and F1207C Baggage Bulkheads, the 3 different types of nutplates and the F-1207D Baggage Bulkhead Channels. Machine countersinked the nutplate attach holes in the F-1207J Attach Angle. Fluted the F-1207C Bulkheads. Deburred the Roll Bar Brace, Channels, F-1207A Bulkhead and F-1207J Angle. Primed the Roll Bar Assembly parts, the F-1254 Support Frames and the F-1207J and F-1207K Angles.
Started work on the cockpit lighting (Section 40-11) but ruined one of the butt splices. Will get a replacement to complete this task. Made the Cockpit Light Power Wire and the Cockpit Light Ground Wire from Gauge 22 wire. Passed the wires through the K-12126 Wire Tube and positioned inside the Roll Bar..
Reassembled the Roll Bar Assembly and will rivet it tomorrow.
