Brief Description: Fabricated Vent parts and cowl hinges
Worked all day on the airplane. I cut the F-1086 Vent Brackets and the F-1087 Vent Slides. Deburred these parts including the F-1092 Vent Door Doublers and the F-1096 Vent Doubler and F-1093 Vent Doors. Final-drilled #40 the holes in the Vent Door Subassembly. Countersunk the holes in the Vent Doors on the outbd side. Primed and painted the above parts. Riveted the Vent Doubler and the Vent Brackets to the Fuse Side Skin after final drilling the holes to #30.
Made two F-12117 Lwr Cowl Hinges. I had to redo one to make a mirror image of the other. Also cut two Firewall Spacers. Match-drilled holes into the hinges and spacers and then deburred the holes. Will prime these parts tomorrow.
