Brief Description: Work on Fwd Lower Fuselage Tunnel Assembly
Fabricated 2 F-1201U Firewall Spacers. Match-drilled the spacers and F-12118 Cowl Attach Plates with the Fwd Lower Fuse Assembly. Primed the F-1271 Fwd Fuse Corner Skins, the F-1272 Fwd Fuse Skin, the F-1217 Tunnel Ribs, the F-1288 Cooler Stifferner, the F-1257 Rudder Pedal Support Channels, the Firewall Spacers and the Cowl Attach Plates. Countersunk holes in the Cooler Stiffener. Riveted nutplates to the Tunnel Ribs per the plans. Riveted the WD-1204 Engine Mount Brackets to the Tunnel Ribs and then riveted the Tunnel Ribs to the Fwd Fuse Skin. Riveted a nutplate to the bottom of the F1201C Firewall Bottom. Final-drilled to 9/16 one hole in the Firewall Bottom.
