Brief Description: Riveted Crotch Brackets with Seat Rib Assemblies
Riveted the F-1269 Servo Doubler to the appropriate F-1215-R Seat Rib. Assembled and riveted the Flaperon Mixer Assembly to the Seat Rib with the Servo Doubler. Riveted K-1000-08 nutplates to the Crotch Strap Brackets (both F-1267 A&B). Riveted the Crotch Strap Brackets to the Flaperon Mixer Bracket and Pulley Bracket Assemblies and then riveted a Seat Rib to each of the assemblies. Dimpled the #30 holes in the sloped flanges of 2 Seat Ribs. Cut a 20 inch piece of AN257-P3 Hinge but made a error. I cut a second piece that look exactly like the figure in the plans and, therefore, should be within specs. From the 20 inch piece, I made 4 F1237E Seat Back Hinges by match drilling holes per the plans. Deburred the edges and the holes of the hinges. Also deburred the edges of the F-1255 Seat Floors. Dimpled the holes in the floors and nutplates. Will prime the parts tomorrow and then will do riveting.
