Brief Description: Match-drilling of Center Section
Installed the F-1204R Retainer Block on the Center Section. Clamped the F-1204D Center Section Aft Bulkhead to the Center Section Assembly and then clecoed the F-1276 Bottom to the assemblies. Started match-drilling #30 holes in the center section. My hand got tired after drilling a few holes. It takes time to drill a hole into the thick piece of aluminum. It is not as hard as drilling the steel aileron counterbalance but still it is not easy. Another 68 holes to match-drill. Primed the F-1204T Skin Stiffeners, F-1204P Skin Attach Flanges and the F-1204CL-R Fwd Bulkhead Side Assembly.
